These programs starting from the first level, which we will begin with, up to the fifth, the hardest and most challenging level for the “though ones” or simply for well-trained users… it will be surprising to see how, after only a few weeks of training, we will be able to face program no. 5, really impossible to do at the beginning of our training: at this point the tummy will be left with flat and firm abdominals. |
What is a Tua Trainer program?
It is a personal trainer session characterized of a specific number
of repetitions, lifting time,
lifting level, recovery time,
impulse frequency and type
of electro stimulation.
