These programs starting from the first level, which we will begin with, up to the fifth, the hardest and most challenging level for the “though ones” or simply for well-trained users… it will be surprising to see how, after only a few weeks of training, we will be able to face program no. 5, really impossible to do at the beginning of our training: at this point the tummy will be left with flat and firm abdominals.

What is a Tua Trainer program?

It is a personal trainer session characterized of a specific number
of repetitions, lifting time,
lifting level, recovery time,
impulse frequency and type
of electro stimulation.




The programs are different one from

each other and developed gradually for growing training capacities.
