XFormer/EXE consists of a main unit with 4 outputs and an optional independent portable unit with 2 outputs called MOB. The two units are battery operated: the main unit is driven by a rechargeable Ni-Mh (4.8V-1000 mAh) battery pack supplied as standard (code VATW09), but can also operate with 4 standard alkaline batteries (type AA, stylus). The portable unit (MOB) features as standard 4 special rechargeable Ni-Mh (2/3 AAA) mini-batteries.
